If you are going to pay to enclose space make sure you will use it and love it. Think it through.

Advise to someone before they start to remodel:
No matter what, no one knows about how you live life like you. The more you know about what you want, the better the chances to actually get it.

What do I enjoy in my other life outside of KIC?
I'm a drummer in two different bands. I teach design classes at Madison Area Technical College. I'm a hardcore hockey fan. I just bought a new house so now I can go ballistic on it.
